Audit company “Audit-AS” has been founded in February of 2000. During this time we have received an invaluable hands-on
experience in the areas of audit, accounting, and consulting services. Every member of our team is a highly professional and
experienced specialist, knowing our business and understanding the needs of our clients.
The main activities of our company are different types of audit, accounting and book-keeping, and consulting services at a
high professional level provided to clients at affordable cost. We take the same approach to quality of our services whether
conducting a complex audit, providing accounting services, or regular consultation on a separate issue.
During the time of operation, audit company “Audit-AS” has performed some wide-scale projects of foundation and liquidation
(bankruptcy) of enterprises, restoration of book-keeping and tax accounting, financial audit assignments, provided consultation
on different issues.

The founder and director of our company Skydan A.V. sets high standards of education and professionalism by her own example.
She is a holder of many Ukrainian and international diplomas in the spheres of audit, financial and managerial accounting,
and has received a “Gold Distinction” from Ukrainian Federation of Professional Accountants and Auditors, Chamber of Audit of
Ukraine, and Donetsk representative office of the Assembly of business circles of Ukraine for considerable achievements and
personal contribution in the development of accounting and audit in Ukraine.
Among latest achievements of Skidan A.V. is an ACCA Diploma in International Financial Reporting, one of the most
prestigious business-qualifications for financial specialists. Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) is
the largest international accounting organization with 115 000 members in 170 countries. The IFR Diploma (DipIFR) issued by
this reputable body certifies the highest level of professionalism, ethics, and knowledge in the area of domestic and
international accounting and finance.
